What is the ROCK Institute?
It is a place of strength and energy. Place, where every athlete will find peace of mind and powers. Where his \ her inner sport self feels nurtured and cared for.
We offer services for those who want to get stronger, faster, and higher.
Our dedicated team of professional trainers provides first-class sports performance training
(speed and agility training, strength and agility training, basketball performance training). We will personalize your performance training according to your needs and physical abilities and ensure you make the most of it.
To open all your strengths and make them shine, your individual programs are based on the thorough examination conducted by sports therapy clinic specialists. They will do their best to give your proper training with necessary physical therapies which can be used as pre-, while-, and post-competition practices.
In case you get an injury, we also have a solution at our sports injury clinic. You get the best individualized treatment to recover faster and have fewer (if not none) complications. We aim at decreasing the chances of surgeries, for that we use the most up-to-date techniques to make the surgery-preventing treatments work.
