ROCK Institute believes that preparing individuals for this level of competition is a team effort. This is why we provide proper support through a knowledgeable training staff, therapists, and doctors that work together to analyze movement, control exertion, facilitate recovery and prepare the athlete to compete at the highest level of sport. We utilize our proprietary performance assessment to identify and correct muscular imbalances, flexibility and mobility restrictions, core stability concerns, and strength deficits in all incoming athletes. In combination with a detailed nutritional profile and neuromuscular examination, ROCK Institute provides a comprehensive and cohesive program that not only helps athletes to breakdown current obstacles hindering their performance but also helps accelerate recovery and regeneration. We customize and build each program specific to the individual’s sport, position, body type, and need.
